We want this to be a multi-purpose space that showcases what trauma-sensitive yoga is, how it transforms lives, and how that all ties in with what we are able provide to our community. 

Alongside the research, we love sharing information about the wonderfully unique and special partners that we have been lucky enough to build a relationship with. You may also see a few posts centered around taking a "pause moment" to breathe in the present and connect back to the roots of mindfulness.  

 

We hope that whatever you choose to explore in this area brings a new perspective of understanding.
